Open Datingtwo settings and request a confirmation code. The code is sent to the email address on your account.

Verify the request

Enter the confirmation code in the app. This confirms your account deletion request and hides your profile immediately.

30-day deletion window

Permanent deletion is scheduled 30 days later. Limited records may be retained only where needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal, or support reasons.

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your Datingtwo account. Include “Delete my Datingtwo account” in the subject so support can verify the request.
